Global Reads Book Club Update: It’s Year Three!

The third year of the Global Reads Book Club has begun! Eve Bodeux started the book club in January of 2020. Little did she know that it would turn out to be a much-appreciated pursuit for her and many others, as we were about to enter the darkest days of the global pandemic. We enjoy reading literature from around the world together. The club votes on which books to read (books in translation, of course) and reads six fiction selections each year. Over 300 translators receive the book club’s emails. Join us!

The club has read books originally written in Japanese, Swedish, Thai, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Korean, and more are on the horizon.
